5 years compressor warranty and one year full warranty.

Payment if check 2 days before delivery or transfer before delivery or cash on delivery.
Smart home converter and wired thermostat will be charge separately. Google nest, Eco bee, or home automation compatible with smart home converter.
Installation prices are including upto 5-meters copper gas pipe and additional pipes will be charge separately.
Wall stand for outdoor if require will be charge separately does not include in installation.
Any civil work or Electrical work if require will not part of basic installation.
Any open item will not return. In case of return unit transportation charges will be applicable.
Returns with a receipt:
Products returned accompanied by original receipt in Original Packing may be refunded . Original credit and/or debit card (if applicable) must be presented to process refund.
Returns without a receipt:
For merchandise returned without receipt, in resalable condition, a store credit note will be issued. Store credit note amount will be for lowest sale price in the last 3 months.

Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any returned products under the FREE SHIPPING promotion. Solutions can arrange for any products to be picked up from customers, any corresponding return shipment fees will be deducted from the amounts refundable. Customers also have the option to ship products back to Solutions after receiving an authorization using their preferred courier, however, charges must be PREPAID, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
